This meeting is open to the public. Board members and Trustees will also be present. The meeting purpose is to discuss items on the below agenda. No decisions requiring Board voting will be made. A committee of the whole is a meeting where multiple committees meet together, sometimes including the entire board. This type of meeting allows for more interaction between committees and board members. 

AGENDA:

1. Approve township information technology (IT) and phone system upgrade bids
2. Approve board member attendance at Annual Michigan Township Association Conference, Apr 20-23, 2026
3. Approve $475.78 payment to Cram’s to close out all Cram’s payments (due to ownership change)
